Dr. Inyene Umoren is Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 3 specialties:

Dr. Umoren’s, warm, compassionate approach to talk therapy sets patients at ease and helps them focus on constructive steps toward improving emotional wellness and sustainable living. He is dedicated to working collaboratively with individuals to achieve success, drawing on his extensive training and experience to help them navigate internal and external challenges.
He completed his medical residency in Psychiatry at the Morehouse School of Medicine, Atlanta, Georgia. He further obtained a sub-specialty fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry, at the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida.
Dr. Umoren, a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Reserve, has immense experience developing and managing the Geriatric Medicine Clinic at both the Bay Pines and Austin VA Medical Centers. He has also worked in the PTSD clinic as well as the general out-patient mental health clinic of the Temple VA Medical Center.
He is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Texas A & M University, College Station, Texas, a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and considered one of the Top Psychiatrists in Round Rock, Texas.
In his free time, Dr. Umoren enjoys travelling, bike riding, engaging in activities with his children and playing various board games.
